Easy Fig Smoothie

Makes 3 cups
6 large, fresh ripe figs, stems removed, halved 1 cup plain Greek yoghurt (ideally fat free)* 1½ Tbsp honey 1 Tbsp orange juice 1 cup ice cubes
* you can replace ¼ cup of yoghurt with ½ cup almond milk if you have that available
1. Blend all the ingredients together for about 1 minute in a blender or smoothie maker. 2. Divide in 3 glasses and serve.
