Radish & cucumber salad
1 cucumber
500g radishes, cut up in quarters
1 celery stalk, cut in small pieces
1 large red onion, sliced into thin pieces
Fresh parsley, roughly chopped (to taste) or sprinkle dried parsley
45ml lemon juice
4Tbs olive oil
1. Add vegetables together
2. Sprinkle parsley over salad
3. Mix lemon juice and oil together in a separate container and pour over the salad.
